The Mixed Reality 2.0 update released today adds more mixed reality features.

The Quest 2 version of Demeo gets hand tracking supportīut there is also good news for Meta Quest 2 and Pro owners. A 2D version of the game for the Mac has also been announced. Now, Demeo developer Resolution Games has announced that it is working on a Vision Pro version of the game that will support both fully immersive virtual reality and mixed reality. The only game known to be in development for the Vision Pro is the metaverse platform Rec Room.

Most VR games require controllers, and Apple didn't show any immersive titles during the presentation. Instead, the device will be controlled by hand tracking, voice recognition, and your gaze.Īfter the Vision Pro was unveiled in June, there was a lot of speculation about whether the headset would support VR games. Apple's upcoming mixed reality headset will launch in early 2024 without dedicated controllers.
